Physical Therapy
We provide custom, hands-on physical therapy for individuals healing from an injury, recovering from a surgery, or wanting to improve their overall wellness.
-
Hands-on treatment to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore movement. This may include techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, along with guided movement to address stiffness, tightness, and restrictions that limit how you feel and move.
-
Guided exercise designed to improve movement patterns, build strength in key areas, and reduce strain on injured or overworked tissues. Exercises are individualized — not cookie cutter — and are selected on your specific needs to maintain progress and carry improvements into daily life and activity.
-
Treatment technique used to reduce pain and improve muscle function by targeting specific areas of tightness or irritation within the muscle.
-
A proactive approach focused on maintaining strength, mobility, and overall physical health. Care is designed to help you stay active, reduce the risk of future injury, and support long-term performance and well-being beyond recovery or pain.
Our approach: Movement is medicine
Work with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit to ensure continuity, trust, and more effective progress over time.
Consistent Care
60-minute, one-on-one sessions focused entirely on you. We operate as a hybrid model accepting Medicare and self-pay clients only, allowing for individualized treatment, higher quality time per visit, and greater attention than traditional insurance based settings.
One-on-One Sessions
No cookie-cutter protocols — care is built from clinical expertise and a deep understanding of movement. Every plan is designed to address the root cause, guide progression, and drive meaningful, long-term results.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes — we accept Medicare for eligible physical therapy services. For all other insurance plans, we operate as a cash-based, out-of-network practice.
For patients paying out of pocket, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement depending on your benefits.
-
We’ve chosen to remain out-of-network in order to provide a higher standard of care that isn’t restricted by insurance limitations.
In many traditional physical therapy settings, it’s common for therapists to see 2-3 patients at the same time. Care is often based on generalized, non-custom protocols to serve a high volume of patients within limited time. As a result, you may not receive one-on-one attention, hands-on care may be limited, and outcomes can be inconsistent.
Our approach is different. We prioritize attention, precision, and results over high-volume, standardized care.
